Terms of Service

Your account, your records and the terms of using Sarkit.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a Sarkit account or using any part of the Sarkit platform (sarkit.vmnebula.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are registering on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these terms. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, do not use Sarkit.

2. Subscription & Billing

  • A paid plan covers the term you select before purchase. Monthly and annual terms are paid for in advance.
  • Prices shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) on our website are local list prices. Where Paddle checkout is offered, it charges in US dollars (USD) and shows the final amount, including applicable tax, before you pay.
  • Where Paddle checkout is offered, a purchase buys one fixed term and does not renew automatically. To continue after that term, you must buy another term.
  • You can request a full refund within 14 calendar days of payment. See our Refund Policy for how to request one.

3. Trial and Plan Limits

New public plans include a 30-day trial. Basic includes 1 user and 1 location, Standard includes 3 users and 2 locations, and Professional includes 10 users and 5 locations. Features available to your account depend on its active plan and any limits shown before purchase.

4. End of a Paid Term

A fixed paid term ends on the date shown in your subscription details. A Paddle term, when offered, has no recurring Paddle charge to cancel. If you do not buy another term, access to paid features ends at expiry. For account or data deletion requests, contact [email protected].

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use Sarkit to:

  • Process transactions for illegal goods or services
  • Circumvent, hack, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform
  • Use any messaging or alert feature to send unsolicited commercial messages (spam)
  • Resell or sublicense Sarkit to third parties without written authorization
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or any content that could harm the platform or other users
  • Misrepresent your business identity or engage in fraudulent transactions

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension. Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy.

6. Data Ownership

You own the business data you enter into Sarkit, including your product catalog, customer records, sales transactions and Khata entries. VM Nebula (Pvt.) Ltd. does not claim ownership of that data. You can use available export tools or contact support for help obtaining a copy.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sarkit is provided "as is." While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. VM Nebula (Pvt.) Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use Sarkit, including lost profits or data loss. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Karachi, Pakistan, under the Pakistan Arbitration Act. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you via email and in-app notification at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of Sarkit after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
